I'll make one comment here (and the discussion around it can stay in this thread), but I want to direct everyone to the thread I made earlier today to discuss steps forward.
Regarding staff issues, handling rules that are broken, and dishing out punishment - you have to remember a few key things:
1. If we start punishing/removing referees for their actions, we need more referees to back them up. That doesn't currently exist.
2. If we start banning players from the league, we need more players to fill their spots. That doesn't exist currently.
