For me personally I like the idea of salary leagues, draft leagues.. Anything that makes the league more competitive throughout the entire league is going to be better in my opinion.

Even in this system some teams are trying to get the most stack possible. Those players will try and use the system the best they can to get the best advantage. I don't buy the "I just want to play with my friends" at all because if you are a highly talented player and those "players" don't like you they will play with you. They don't want to play with low level players.

I was done wasting my time .. I know other players feel the same way.. Only reason why I logged on or joined a team was because of the changes and he salary cap
