Here're the ratings after removing each player's highest and lowest rating.

Apollo, why didnt you do ratings?

Why do bother doing ratings if you're going to remove them. I think 50% of my rates are gone. Only people complaining are the ones that were ranked low, which actually benefits them salary cap wise.

That's mostly because you vastly underrated or overrated players, relative to everyone else. A lot of your ratings were '10'

I think I had 2-3 10 ratings for ppl who haven't even played a usl match before. The highest rating would equal the other raters ratings so in effect removing the lowest rating gives a overvalued player.

A lot of voting is overvalued. It's just a number with no sub category ie vision, aim, dodge etc. Also medics are overvalued because people are rating on their effectiveness rather than a marine on fighting ability.

I honestly don't care about my personal rating, I'm just saying if any rating out of anyone on that list is made out of personal bias, the system is flawed. I don't think anyone can say that out of every single rater, and out of every person on the list there isn't at least 1 rating that can be easily argued was wrong or inaccurate.

Yeah Josh there was a poll, and literally everyone who voted to do ratings is doing them.

I'm pretty shitty i'm an avg of 37... those ratings 10 and 5 should fall below a 20 since that is what everyone starts at...

True Armor, apparently you're more valuble in the two games you went negative in over the course of 9 seasons than Mecca/Killer/OMC/Kaga/Yosh/Manu/Pandy/etc. I'd agree if you were still admin and used powers discreetly mid-game to benefit yourself like you did back on SOE..

Any ratings I gave weren't biased. I tried to base any score I gave on over all skill level. The ratings were given according to instructions by dave, where we were to rate based on the person being 100% active. My score for Armor is justified and i'll stand by that. If Armor was 100% active and actually played seriously, he'd be 80+ish. I'll stand by all the ratings I gave to be honest.

Reasoning: Kippas leading and his ability to medic at a top tier makes him hands down the most valuable.
Mecca is probably the best marine in this entire line up, he obviously cant put up godly #'s if he has to lead but I'd build around him w/ his skill. Fax is a very good medic, Ive never been on a squad with him but anytime i've nt'd he hasnt spoken so for all i know, he doesnt use vent which sucks but he makes up for it w/ healing his healing, dave is the 2nd best marine and is a decent leader.

Shas is the 3rd best marine but he isnt exactly the most aggresive and is pretty much a rich man's cael. I like staley's medic a lot. Eric is the better leader and can make clutch kills in battles from stupid aggresive pushes but i'd say sv has better aim. Alb's a good marine but i cant justify him above eric or sv despite being a better leader than sv and a better marine than eric. Technically, it should be like, Albert, Eric, SV but ive seen better performances from SV( no offense to big dick albert but yes, he put up very good #'s on OW but we've also seen his mediocre scores on all of palms squads).

DP's medic is his strong point imo, i dont think much of his marine, if he was marine, i'd rate him above infinite.
