Either kippa is a real instigator, or he really doesn't know how to judge his own teams talent. Sov and champion always rank ahead of your guys, vs wh first week i could easily see from
Spec how sov and champion pulled off 2 moves that prob won the game and made the difference, almost felt like they pulled the moves off themselves too with no leading needed. They are both naturally talented in awareness and don't bother leading all the time because it distracts from the fun sometimes when your trying to micromanage everything on the minimap and helping everyone shift; it removes some of the pure fun from the game.

The sol-sov-champ trifecta would probably take sfo, I'm actually wanting to see this go down now, lol

There is no point throughout this full thread I have ever said Sov/Champion aren't great marines. There is no1 else in the game that could play med/marine as well as Sov, so the joke that I made they were "noobs" earlier clearly has been taken way too serious.

BACK TO THE SIMPLE OPINION I WAS MAKING. SFo (without champ/sov) are still better than idc (with champ/sov). It is simply my opinion based on we have a strong core group of marines and meds and most importantly stronger leadership. AGAINST JUST MY BIAS OPINION LOL.

Q do you remember the idc game last season? you should, you were MVP and scored 7-4 and you were the best player in that game for AD.

Do you believe we would have won that game without the strategy I had in place? Do you believe it would have been more fun to go head-to-head with a superior squad with the likes of Champion & Sov who you are full of praise for not needing leadership as they know what angles etc to get?

I am asking you a genuine question here, would you have had more fun fighting them straight up and highly likely losing in a similar fashion to how you lose against SFo on Sunday. Or would you have had more fun played your part in a team and a system that caused a massive upset against the top rated squad in the league.

Yeah clearly SFo was so successful because of the leadership, those sick plays and flanks are the reason they won so many games.

I guess I do understand what you're saying, you're leading + sfo would be enough to trump their individual talent. Maybe, which is why I would like to see this go down.

If it wasn't for Khaos leading in season 1, SFo would never stood a chance against Semper Fi in the first season.

He out-lead Akzel, our team chemistry got better although the general morale and support of Maddux and Molo in season 1 is what made us so strong. So yeah Apollo, that is why we were so successful, it's when you combine good leading with good players = good wins.

Apollo I remember watching you lead against Juggernaut (fuck knows what season) but it was on KR.

Your leading was a master class that game against a more dominant line up. Don't underestimate your own leadership, I am not talking about "sick plays". You came up with a system and had your team well drilled (bmei was awesome that game) and frustrated jugg, I learned good shit watching you being an underdog. You of all people should know good players don't necessarily make a good team and you need a combination of various things.

kippa didnt ur mic go out for a good 10 minutes against idc and CB had to take over? You still lead the majority of that match but I think the bulk of the match was won with CB leading. Not trying to discredit your leading because I still think you are probably the best leader in the game atm, just trying to recall events correctly.

and to add to the SFo/idc debate. I think its glaringly obvious that SFo at its prime is better than idc at its prime (basically only last season). But kip and champ are making perpendicular arguments. kippas arguing that SFo is better historically, and champ is arguing that at this moment, idc marines > sfo marines, hence idc > sfo.

what it comes down to is all the old players w/ arthritis and carpal tunnel (darth) can't compete with this newer generation of inf players like sov that can play extensive periods w/o pain and have quicker reflexes. just look at his mid leblanc and u will see
