16 man roster lol, half the guys on that roster don't even log on

It's not exactly an isolated incident and seems to happen each season.

:( i just wanted a first win in 3 seasons. i was happy after that until i saw raw dogs forfeit and brake not show up and not even a minimum of 4 raw dogs appeared. this roster lock is too early but it happened.

I would have joined pg if em4 kicked manu

PG is a 25fps + squad.

I've been saying for seasons now to do it the way SL used to.. 21 day wait time for leaving a squad, 5-7 days for getting kicked. Not sure if that is doable in the website.. but instead of having a wait time when you join a squad, it should be after you leave a squad. Which would basically mean.. if you leave a squad, you can't play next week.

Let's be real now though, people have been leaving non-playoff squads to help others for playoffs since early MSL days. It's just way more apparent now because of the size of each squad, and roster lock is on way too early. Any squad that can't show enough on a consistent basis should be allowed to recruit regardless of roster lock.

I was going to implement a similar system but for the past few seasons NTs have been allowed by default, defeating the purpose of it.

DRAFT LEAGUE. RANDOM SQUAD NAMES

I like 3k's idea. Make it like the fantasy draft where people who will play are drafted and a limit can be set on the number of players who will drop from their squad to join another one mid-season. That way all the squads will be equally balanced and the salary cap and still be implemented. The number of squads can be determined on how many people are going to play and the squad names can be generic. The staff can pick the captains, who will then pick who they want on their team

You want to force players in a dead game to stick on a squad and then expect them to sign on at all after that? Seems moot at this point

maybe it'd fun in off season for like a one or two week random draft squad thing. not make it main event
