When Dave used the word "again" it was implied it meant your base; you would see this through spec mode as we ran to your base. Your version of what transpired is opposite of mine. The word "their" was never used. Location was never given by Dave nor by another staff member, the only time location was given was by you; shortly after Dave said what he said.

Let's hope the former admin who's now refereeing games can brush up on his rule knowledge because frankly, what a joke of a league we have here. 1) the admin is on that squad
2) the admin can't make the right decision because he's been making wrong ones for 2 weeks so he has to continue to ensure the death of this game.

7.10 SPEC INFO: Spectator information will not be tolerated. Spectator information is any information given to a playing squad by a non-playing person regarding opposing team location, heading, or any details regarding the match. If a squad is proven of using spec info, or not reporting spec info to the Referee or Staff, the squad will be removed from the rest of the season. The offending squad Captain will no longer be allowed to captain a squad in the league. Excessive proof is recommended.


Can it be changed to:

.10 SPEC INFO: Spectator information will not be tolerated unless it's used to help the admin and the squad the admin is on. Spectator information is any information given to a playing squad by a non-playing person regarding opposing team location, heading, or any details regarding the match UNLESS squad receiving spec info said they didn't understand the spec info and went the other way. We will take their word for it. If a squad is proven of using spec info, or not reporting spec info to the Referee or Staff, the squad will be removed from the rest of the season UNLESS as previously stated, said squad doesn't properly use the spec info or states they went the wrong way of spec info. The offending squad Captain will no longer be allowed to captain a squad in the league UNLESS he's a former admin and friend of current admin. Excessive proof is recommended although with your proof, the admin will degrade it even when it's obvious what happened. He will then say it's not spec info because they state they didn't propery understand said spec info, therefore it's not spec info.

wow do you guys remember when we didn't have biased admins like dave and fausto, those were the good ol' days - whoever was in charge before them was way better as we didn't have situations like this

IN ANY REGARD
granting a rematch on a game with a 45 kill differential would be silly when in all honesty, a referee error probably, at most, cost the team slighted a 16 kill differential swing (if we're to assume that the positioning would have lead to some perfect play that resulted in an 8-0 victory). I GUESS THAT COULD HAVE SWUNG THE MOMENTUM SO HARD THOUGH THAT WE MIGHT HAVE SEEN AN ADDITIONAL 30-0 RUN FOLLOW @_@.

So the real question/s:

Does it look like dave made a referee error? Probably.
Would it have resulted in a different W/L outcome if he didn't? Nah.

Replaying a match for that would be silly and a waste of time.

Just gonna leave this here, as it's proof that magic DID in fact use the spec info givin to them by dave. They might be half retarded and ran to the wrong base, but they used he spec info dave gave none the less.

Fausto, you're the admin. You've admitted that you ran towards where you thought there were due to daves info. Had you of read it a little better you would of went the right way. YOU STILL USED IT, ITS STILL SPEC INFO. My god, stop being a clown and follow the rules. Just cause you're admin doesn't mean you don't do the right thing. You don't live outside the rules. You've fully admitted to taking advantage of the info givin by dave.

As previously stated, backs will be making a post in captains forums for the rematch he is very entitled to. Please work together in making a swift agreement on which day & time will work for both of you so we can get a COMPENTENT referee to show up. Preferably one who knows the rules and doesn't give spec info. Thank you to all parties involved. I hope my decision for the rematch sits good with you all, as it is clearly what the rules state.

Stately, just cause in your opinion the outcome wouldn't of been any different doesn't mean shit really. The rules clearly state any specinfo used results in the squad being removed from the season. Fausto admitted he used it, just used it wrong. All backs wants is a rematch. Seems pretty fair to me.

9.1 Appeals- Typically appeals are requested because of a failure to act by the Referee (a rule not being enforced) The rule not being enforced would be spec info.
