What they do rate players? stop giving your "friends" titles if they're doing nothing for the league. Even thought Infinite trolled the league by speccing dave he shouldn't get fired. He has done more for the league in the last couple of season than all the advisors/deputy admins/community director put together. Dp if your first order as Deputy admin is to remove him I would highly reconsider your decision. Give him a week ban and explain to him the rule in question.

infinite happened to be the one guy left on the ref staff when a bunch of people started going inactive. no squad would take him because of his trolling so he just stuck to reffing.

the guy types too much and pays more attention to his videos than reffing the match. too many bad calls and now the abuse. he shouldn't be a ref. it's that simple. don't let his activity fool you or cloud your judgement. you should be more upset about how little the rest of the community does to support the league.

Infinite told me he was actually trying to unspec dave right away but everytime he typed the command he would go back and delete it.

I don't have a problem with dp stripping my ref alias or whoever is in charge or even you Champion. Everyone is entitled for their own opinion. I really don't need to ref cause someone else can ref. It's not that hard. I can step aside and do my own thing. It really the people of USL whos want to decide to make the game great again. Not just you Chris.

Champ I can see you put work by updating the website/ maintaining the site. I was talking about the four staff members I mention. They might have done things couple seasons back but nothing recently since I been back for 2 seasons now. At the end of the day, the community can only talk about what they see not what happens behind doors. All we see is inf reffing matches I'm sure that should count for something.

ex: Week 1 you gave the final decision on the appeal since fausto ask you to do so. why didn't he ask the advisors? what are they doing for the league? do they just want a nice tag? so many questions such little time.

technically he did ask an adviser (dp was the same position up until earlier today) and dp was the one who made the decision

It was discussed in the staff forum and I got input from them. They hold that title as veterans of the game who have valuable input and have been in a position where they had to make those calls before. Example: Staley and yosh were admin of USL in the earlier seasons of FI. dp has been on the staff in some capacity in both USL and CTFPL. Armor was also the admin and helped with some web work and community events/features.

The advisor role isn't comparable to a referee role. They put in their time on the staff previously and are now just around as another set eyes and ears on any issues that come up. Their activity is in the staff forums. They're not required to ref. But some of them have gone out of their way to do so.

Something that could easily be implemented and tested is requiring each squad to have a captain or co-captain be a referee and ref at least 50% of the games in a season as long as that player can be trusted.

Why would anyone want to ref? The admins make the wrong call in 90% if important instances, blame the ref, strip the ref and beg more people to sign up.

Then it's basically a requirement for half the staff to. Ot log in for 4 seasons then get promoted.

First he says "Infinite fucks up every match he refs" now he's claiming no one will join staff because Infinite was removed.
