Your the captains of your squad and should understand the skill level of the people on ur squad and you're all pretty active so u should be able to roughly gauge the skills of others.

some next level fuckery Rysk and Kobra, sorry to hear about this fiasco. I'd figure the roster lock would be on by now, considering the past drama to the whole NT situation. If you're not gonna roster lock than change the rule for NT's, in which they can only play after the 8 day wait period. Rather a forfeit due to lack of players than some nerds squad hopping and taking the place of people who have been active and trying to improve with a squad. Hope you don't decide to retire, but if ya do, its always been a pleasure playing with ya and i wish you the best on your future endeavors.

Here is what I would propose and things I would change as admin:

Changes highlighted in bold.

3.1 Non-Team Players are players that are not on any current season roster, or those who recently joined a squad that are still on a wait period. <b>Wait periods will be enforced only when a squad has enough members without needing to use a player currently serving a wait period</b>.

3.4 NT players can only be used if there are no other members of the squad present. <b>This includes players currently serving a wait period</b>. (Example: A captain cannot choose to use an NT when a member of his squad is in spec.)

3.5 Non-Team Players are allowed by default. For Playoffs, allowing NT players must be agreed upon by both squad Captains. <b>NOTE: Players serving a wait period will not have priority over players that do not have a wait period next to their name on the squad roster</b>.

And a potential rule I would add pending captain's approval:

3.7 Any squad found to be forcing their players offline in order to use a player serving a wait period will be forced to play down a player slot for 5 minutes.

Although this rule may be hard to enforce.

If these changes could somehow still be abused then I would suggest adding a hard coded wait period that will physically not allow players to join another squad on site for 7-8 days. This would hopefully discourage squad hopping.
