OP
1) Should be the day/week before the first match of the season. (It's too easy for trolling people to come and go and have no repercussions for doing so. They simply move on to another squad...)
2) If a player leaves the squad willingly, they can come back to the same squad (as we all know there are those that rage and then get over it before the hour is up and rejoin). With a limit of once or twice within the season. After that, the wait time will apply regardless if the player has been on the same squad prior.
3) If a player leaves the squad willingly and joins another squad, their stats start at 0. No reason why stats from a different squad should carry over to help/hurt a totally different squad. The wait time should apply.
4) If a player leaves a 2nd squad within the same season, stats go back to 0 and they should have the wait time apply.
5) If the player is trolling and it's obvious, once they leave a 2nd or 3rd squad within the season, they will not be allowed to squad join again for that season. MAYBE NT when/if NTs apply.
6) IF the player gets kicked from the squad, the stats should still be voided (those stats were not earned within the squad they are going in to), they should still be allowed to go in to the Free Agents List. Even if they forced the captain(s) to kick them. That is between the player and THAT squad. If the next squad wants
that player knowing their history, that's on them. The wait time should apply.
After all, the season is for players wanting to play. It shouldn't be for players wanting/able to troll.
