Doing this will definitely add strategy to the game. What if I wanna run 2 snipers? One goes north one south. Main group engages and all of a sudden bullets from snipers all over the place.

Rules/maps have been rewritten and adjusted constantly throughout the years to adjust to the league and the playerbase. There were a lot less rules and guidelines back then compared to now because people play a lot more lame and pathetic compared to back then.

It does balance the teams the best on paper, but you have to factor in emotion. People want to play with their friends, and the 'bottom of the barrel' players who get forced/drafted onto a team last will never get to play over the first few picks.

Draft won't work, people aren't being paid to play with each other. Backs, you might want to consider this.

Honestly, I have fun no matter what... Yes it sucks losing and shit and I get mad when we lose, but that lasts for 2 mins and then I come back to real life and don't give a fuck anymore. I love this game, win or lose.

I agree with this rule change... just let squad play how they want. Make it 4 max support classes in any combination except ripper is 2 max.

Draft would have the best chance of success if the captains are capable, active and popular leaders. The number of people that possess those qualities are pretty slim.
