You guys are funny to actually think that a salary cap is going to stop friends from playing with each other and creating "stacked" squads. How about this stop complaining about the people you are facing and actually try and make an ACTIVE squad that can COMMUNICATE with SKILL and maybe just maybe you might be able to beat them. All we have are a bunch of cheaters whining about fair play, suck it up buttercup and play the damn game or don't. Or you can just keep whining like incessant bitches hoping something is going to change but the problem is the only thing in life that you can ever change is yourself.

As I've said we'll look into it for next season for sure. As for manu's idea its currently in discussion but it looks like itll likely be implemented for this coming season

Should it be discussed with the community, or is it simply who's the admin and captains of that particular season. I think the community is frustrated cause you keep them in the dark. the captains forums should not be where changes are discussed, it should be a forum available to the community, all 40 of us.. lol

I have no problem talking within the community but at the end of the day after I filter through troll posts and just petty arguments I bounce back towards the head staff and captains for a final result.

I left long before they decided to make that decision due to personal reasons and if I had to make that decision no we do not withdraw from the playoffs due to the ineptitude of Riley.

I agree that the final decision is always going to be made by a select few, but being able to chime in should be available to everyone. skipping through petty posts and trolls is pretty easy. We all do it.

But to summarize some of the changes that were mentioned by the community; Backs proposed to lift the support restrictions. We compromised and made it so 7v7 would have 3 supports and as the team size increases +1 to support classes. 2at max, 2rip max, 2lmg max, 1 sniper, 1 sapper, nader restricted based on how many supports.

manu proposed the new map selection scheme, it will be implemented just figuring out how we want to track it to make it easily accessible and obvious for anyone reffing the matches as to who cant choose what.

riley/metal towards middle of last season voiced concern about that whole loaner program deal that went on, I advised we'd look over it in the off season. It is now updated in the rules that 1) you have a 8 day wait period and would be considered an NT, nt's cannot be used unless there is not enough people not on the wait period to show up. Furthermore you cannot rejoin a squad you had already left during the season.

There've been a few more tweaks to the rules but those are the major ones. So to say we haven't let the community choose what should happen or just ignore your concerns would be a false accusation, or you just haven't been paying attention.

I think you've missed the entire point being made. And in all honestly the faith that people have in the current administration is quite low. Their lack of impulse control and arrogance left a bad taste in a lot of peoples mouths, whether you acknowledge it or not. The fact that your admins solely based on the discretion of who? Is a travesty itself. Anyways great to see that changes are being discussed by the captains and admins.

BB, I'm saying a salary idea because we need something refreshed here. Pay salary was season 6 i think? Anyways the same squads are made under a different name with maybe a player or 2 added in, it gets boring watching and playing the same people over and over. Why do you think I don't watch matches anymore? Just need some spice added into here once in awhile.

To the ones who don't have faith and think they can do a better job, there has been this link in the staff tab for years now saying you are more than welcome to apply if you feel like you could help out the cause. Never see any of you who complain even try to step up into these positions though. Much easier to just sit back and criticize all the things we do in our free time to make sure the league is still going.
