it looks like neither of you read the post...
@fausto 2-3 months.
@yosh any staff member who is a usl ref or higher or anyone who is a designated USLDL host. right now the only designated host is dave. if you see a staff member on who is a ref or higher ask them if they will host your duel. once they witness it and see the score they have access to the usldl "management" page that allows them to input results.

Existing staff members who are Referee or higher already have access to the management page. And anyone who wants to be just a host I have a separate USLDL Staff thing set up.
