Inflation for everything after second lieutenant. If I didn't increase the rank requirements by a small amount after each season then everyone would be the same rank. It has nothing to do with forum posts. 99% of your rank comes from your stats. It's been this way since the beginning of USL and SL on SOE. Not sure how many more times I have to explain it to you before you understand.
