Map has a few edits/changes that we believe should help promote better league gameplay. I'd like to see some squad battles or mixes on it tonight if at all possible. Let's make it happen folks!

Yo I just want to say thanks to everyone that's worked on maps. An attempt to bring life into this dead game can't go unappreciated. No matter what shit you might catch here and there, I think everyone at least appreciates the effort being put into it, although I think most feedback has been pretty constructive overall.

Only shit computers drop fps. Actually mine is an older comp still on win7 and I don't drop.

I mean 240fps on every other map.

It sounds like you have alternate clock timing on if you have that high of fps, if you do, turn it off.

You could literally have 500 fps on Infantry and it won't matter. FPS means nothing past your monitor's refresh rate. A steadier/lower FPS is actually better for this game. My fps never moves from 119-120 at all.

191 CE - Kaiser City on Titan declares independence in a shock move. Local Collective forces are quickly overwhelmed and soon the entire planet is in revolt.


Kaiser city.

A nation in its own right Kaiser city is the most populous colony on Titan. It has also shouldered the largest burden of the wars in which Titan has fought. Its political system is a watered down version of the Collective. Citizens vote on every major issue but are not required to vote on most day to day matters which are handled by the President of Kaiser who is elected once every six years. The current holder of this office is Vladimir Dosky a war hero who surprisingly has been working hard to dismantle the large army of Kaiser to reduce the tax burden on the city.

Titans political structure is surprisingly civil. On most other worlds I have visited political debate is usually decided by who has the biggest gun, on Titan there is a working government of sorts. The planet is basically half a dozen city states. Each city picks on others whenever it can, however this political struggle is usually peaceful and any military conflicts are played down in the press as everyone seems keen to avoid the kind of civil wars that have rocked Jupiter's moons. This is probably due to the fear of the Collective returning and taking over the world.

The only one of the cities worth a damn is Kaiser city which is located to the north of the world. Self styled "New York" of the outer solar system is in fact a nasty little rats nest built around an old Collective refueling station. Never the less you can buy just about anything you would need there and you can walk down the streets without getting shot so I guess its not as bad a place as some.

The leader of Kaiser city is Vladimir Dosky some ex grunt who had the guns to seize power after the war. He is currently making a big show about disarming for the "peace of Titan" but in fact most of his equipment is falling apart anyway so all he is doing is scrapping the bits that already don't work. Still I guess it makes for good PR. Although it seems likely he would like to be ruler of Titan I see no indication that he would use force to achieve this neither does he have the force required anyway

Kaiser Pass is a part of this war torn city state.
