Since players cannot currently post in the Forum Mafia forums unless participating in Season 11, I figured I would make a thread here.

If you're not interested, sorry for crowding your USL section.

We currently have 7 signed up for Season 12, I figure we need 9+ for a season if any of ya'll are interested.

If we get enough players we can do a Simpsons theme!

I'll start Season 12 this upcoming Sunday. I'm going to do a regular game. Maybe next time I host we can get 13+ and try The Simpsons theme.

TBH the Simpsons doesn't really interest me. It's a super popular series obv, but I haven't watched it for 10 years probably. I'd honestly rather be interested in a Futurama, Walking Dead (seen season 1) or something else theme. Maybe others feel the same. I think we got so many for GoT was because it was so popular.

Someone do Supernatural

Can't say I've watched Supernatural much, but it could be cool from what I've seen. Seems to be a lot of opposing factions, good choice for co-opting weird roles for some factions

I thought with so many characters surely The Simpsons would be popular for such a game!

Either way, we'll do a normal game for Season 12. I unfortunately know nothing about The Walking Dead lol...

I'm not against a Simpsons game, Emp. It just feels stale at this point, tbh. 20+ seasons, the show is DEAD. Sorry :)

I don't know much about Walking Dead, or Sons of Anarchy, or even Supernatural, but it somehow feels more fresh than Simpsons. Simpsons feels like I was timewarped 15 years ago.

lol I almost suggested Seinfeld before deciding Simpsons!

I figured Simpsons had more characters, particularly cops/doctors/clowns/etc.

Star Wars or Marvel would always go over well, considering the popular culture. Could do X-Men, DC, etc. Easy game.

For an infantry themed game, I think you'd have to have popular characters that everyone would know, which tbh sounds like a lot of fun as long as they're detailed beforehand. Can I be leeto magneeto? He's my favorite Infantry character
