5 sources of income? You can pull a KVQ and have 12 sources of income without lifting a finger or leaving the house. He taught me open 12 money market accounts and each month you live off the interest from what you have in it. A leader in life and in game. Get good!

You are full of shit you are required to provide proof of id and proof of funds for all strictly cash purposes in property. Get the fuck out of here with your Tony Montana fantasies.

THis just proves you know nothing about real estate... So you believe no under the table deals happen in real estate?... Where an owner sells a property for lets say $500,000 meanwhile hes getting $400,000 under the table so he doesnt have to pay even more taxes or capital gain tax?.. Stop it bro, you're an idiot. Under the table deals happen every day you dumb fuck.

There is a form called a 8300 which most every business including real estate is required to file for any payment in cash over 10k there is even a box on this form that indicates the cash was used for a real estate transaction. This is rudimentary business practices and no real estate broker is going to accept a cash payment for a property without filing that form and having a proof of funds from a bank to complete the transaction so it doesn't run afoul of federal laws.
This form would be applicable even if it was a private seller to private buyer sale since you would need an attorney to complete the transaction.
But hey don't let me piss all over your fake life you've built for yourself online.

I need a fact check....
Heard from a source that backs gets his money from his daddy and doesnt do shit with his life so he flexes on a forum and calls out ppl that are trying to earn some money rather than getting it handed to them. He keeps getting fed money to spend on cars and "businesses" and betting and he spends all his time sitting at a computer. Probably why we always hear him eating chips on mumble cuz he just sits his lazyass down and eat all day....
Sorry if that seems personal but u were calling out Octavian for working a normal job which is stooping down really low. Sorry we all cant have family money like u
These are just things i heard

So your argument is what exactly? That you've found someone stupid enough to get themselves indicted on violations of the RICO act? Are we to believe you go around with hundreds of thousands in cash and just approach someone's whose property you want to buy and are like hey I'm gonna give you all this cash and you don't have to report it ok?
You think the government doesn't have failsafes for property transfers so the kind of shit you are making up doesn't happen?
G
Let me just cue you in on how this "dumbass white boy" knows you are full of shit since the statute of limitations on this has long since been up. When I was 18 on a good week I would make 3-4k off let's say less than legal means. Now a good portion of that I spent partying but I had my eyes on a new car and wanted to pay cash for it but having learned it would all be reported to the IRS if I did i needed to either finance it which due to my not so great credit history at the time couldn't get financed for or would need to pay with a check. Now you just can't go depositing large sums of money at a bank over and over again because that raises all kinds of red flags. But we did have a casino up the road and I had money to burn so I would go in there with a decent sum play for a little bit go cash out the amount and walk out with a check and a w2. Report my earnings to the irs and boom now I've got clean cash on hand i can deposit into a bank.

So you're telling me you are constantly doing business deals and not reporting half the money?
You do realize that raises a million red flags each time right?
You do it once, and the IRS or whoever might just think you needed the money badly.
But if every business deal you do you're basically reporting you sold, in this case property, for only half its value, you're going to get fucked, fined, and possibly end up with some jail time.
"Ya ummm, this guy keeps selling $1,000,000 buildings for $500,000."
"That's weird. Let's audit him."
That's if I believed you. But I'm pretty sure the rich spoiled white kid angle is a guarantee at this point.
