I think ideally I'd like two maps. It Mixes it up but also let's squads focus on just two maps when trying to get their cohesion going.

I didn't think there'd be much support for 2 or even 1 map. So that's why I've been suggesting 3 maps lol.

I'm proposing a new plan next season, having groups dedicated to specific changes so they can all be tested in a timely manner. So "you didn't sb with it", "you don't play with that class enough", "we didn't test the map enough" can stop.
My plan is to have teams set up on different maps with their specific change and testing. Then when they think it feels right, the teams switch around and test out the other projects. Before anyone says that's a lot of work, or these people don't know what they are doing, I don't give a shit. It will be tested by most of usl. If 3 teams that are 2 or more in a squad size, then that's a good handful of players to get a more accurate setting.

As for this coming season, I don't care about the maps as long as kp isn't in it till it's edited to make both sides a bit more equal. Right now it seems like whoever can get pay the middle area of the map first will win the whole game.

Exactly what needs to happen. Dictate responsibilities, and hold the people accountable. I really do feel like when players see changes they don't like, they add NOISE to the posts on purpose and bury good ideas.

Classes: Hellspawn implemented changes that were tested by a handful of people. Some liked them some didn't. Some flat out refused to try them. Only thing that stuck was a bouncing GL and it was polled. Everything else was a minor tweak like recoil.

Maps: Currently being polled. What's the issue?

Coinflip/sides: Will be polled next. Again, what's the issue?

You guys act like the season is starting this Sunday and we have no time left to do anything else. Aside from implementing a brand new map or a salary system overhaul there's still plenty of time for people to speak up.

Not acting like anything, we go through this each season. I'd rather have all changes being experimented on at the same time instead of a change discussion over and over. Like the salary being brought up at the end of last season and got lost in the rest of the discussions till it was brought up again here which you are denying now because of the time it takes to get that in now. I'd rather have threads dedicated to one topic for each change and everyone that is testing it can post in and share information for that topic. It's called being a final boss.

Not a bad idea, but coming from someone who refused to even try the changes and used pub play and scrims between weebs vs mean girls as your thought process for all the changes make it hard to believe you would actually test thoroughly.

The only people who used the changes in a SB format were weebs and mg, everyone else refused and then got butthurt when called out on it.

What exactly am I denying? Trying to implement salary during an off-season takes a long time. Polling it and trying to figure out the right cap numbers and player costs would eat up at least 3-4 weeks. Then having to sift through the 20 page threads about how it's not being done right trying to come to a compromise would eat up even more time. After all of that, gathering the data and implementing it into the website just for everyone to say it sucked and we should go back to the old system because they still got stat padded by a better squad anyways.

Nobody wanted even teams like yoshi, nobody tried to change the rules like yoshi to bring the level of the bottom squad up closer to the top.

His most recent actions / statements dictate he cannot even begin to discuss anything with logical sense. His actions / comments towards the changes that were being tested contradict what he is now trying to say.

If he had legitimate logic behind maybe even 30pct of what he says then maybe he could "control the situation" I love mizz vegas4life but jesus its like trying to ref a match with backs in the captains chat with how annoying and redundant talking sense into him is.

Yosh doesn't want admin, it was difficult enough talking him into an advisory position.

Being admin is like managing a bunch of grown men/women who know what they should be doing but since they have a vendetta against their boss refute anything they say even with logical backing behind the thought process.

So then said manager dedicates quite a bit of time to testing changes to make things better / more even and because of said vendetta they refuse to test it adequately and shit on the idea.

The more active the admin the more complacent the community is. Quite ironic.

Polling for salary shouldn't happen until the season starts, or after the polls for this upcoming season are done. Salary would take time to implement and if it wins the poll, we can work on it during the season

I said that the last time it was brought up in the first changes format. People have selectively short memories apparently.

I think people's problem with it was we should have been polling for salary last season, since there's been clamoring for it for a while.

Even if we did get salary working I think we'd be split into 2 groups who

1) Play it out but don't think the system is as good as they thought it would be
2) Probably don't play because of the system and we go back to no SBs during the week like it was when we had salary last time

Either way I think we should focus on this upcoming season first.

Agreed, Chris. Upcoming season takes priority. I also think that salary should require getting 66% or even 75% of the vote so that it is as close to a unanimous decision as possible because of the work* required.

If you look at all my posts, it literally states I am all for changes and I go where my squad goes. Even apollo has been trying to get our squad to sb in the tz. I never said that there shouldn't be any class changes. I said that they weren't balanced correctly. During an sb that I was watching you guys play, I noticed how abusive the current changes were and IN FACT tested it myself in private arena's to see how I could abuse them. I stated what I thought and what classes I have tested, also which classes I haven't. You just got upset about it when I mentioned what should be changed and still to this day keep saying that I don't know wtf I am talking about because I didn't sb with them yet. I really dont get it, your own squad captain and a couple members of your squad are going against some of your words and changes, they are all trying to figure out how to balance it just like I am.
