Its been 3 weeks and this is what we got with some people complaining about squad numbers. Just need to be active. Mizz fixed it so that as long as you are joined on site you get stats even if not squad joined on game so don't bitch about that.

Well why can't there be dedicated Sub's, but they are not in the squad. For example they are in spec, but they are in a different squad in USL. like lets say, I can Sub for "One Kiss At The Redlight" so if im in spec at their match they can put me in, but I really play for "Mean Girls" for example and when I SB my Sub stats don't go in only my dedicated squad SB's stats register. Not hard to figure this out. Just like how you guys have toaster's for computers, your brains are toasters too.

Bro what I really don't think you understand is that, It's really not fun when you are stacking a squad with players and other squads don't get a good of a chance because all good players are stacked. Leveling it to 8 players will divide the squad's and there will be more squads in the league going up against good players.
For example, Meangirls has 14 players stacked with top players and so does One Kiss At The Redlight lets say. that's 28 players in 2 squads. you can brake that down to 3 squads of 8 and 4 people can make another squad with added players that want to play. Also, when you stack a team, people are not going to be obligated to actually want to come and SB since they know another "Good player" can just take their spot and with no worries win SB's, Aslo what's the point of SBing when there is no challenge on the field.

Hiro you dumb as fuck. what this really looks like is; people want to have a better ego because they can stack USL champion (x) amount under their names in this site. If y'all really had balls you would make it where at least 2 out of the 8 players are noobs in the squad because sadly after coming back and seeing old timer's that still can't get a single kill, kills me in seeing them bunched up in 1 squad. might be funny for you, but in reality is that it show's how unorganized you guys are in SB's after taking over infantry, and how egotistic easy win noobs you guys are who won't except a challenge. You know type of guys who actually run when they see someone stronger than them in a fight, instead of actually fighting and getting fucked up.

It defeats the purpose of having squads if you're just going to use any random players in spec as NT.

Mean Girls constantly shows 5 of their 8 players and has to keep using subs... those subs are amazing and carry Mean Girls into the playoffs! Except now MG plays the squad with those subs, so now they can't use these subs. They lose horribly 8v5.

I think 14 is too many, don't get me wrong. But 8 is too few. Way too few. ~12 would probably be a better number. It would probably give us an 8th squad too.

Bro what you are saying is what is going on right now. If you have 8 players in a squad people are going to count on you to actually be ON and SB. and 8 is not few since SB's are 8v8. 12 is even worse. why have any slots for SUBS when you can pull someone off spec? The only reason why they have room for SUB's is to stat pad. They don't want to create a squad and go up against good players when they can make a big ass squad and who ever comes on can just get good stats.

Roster usually starts out at 11 or 12, then it is increased when most squads are full.

Say we need an extra and sol is just chilling in spec fresh off of going 20-1 vs snakes, we use him and beat FD by 50 because he goes 25-1, not sure that solves anything.

Not everyone can make every match. Not everyone wants to play every match.

Are NFL teams capped at 22 players?
Are NBA teams capped at 5 players?

No. You have overflow so when people are out for whatever reason, that the team can still play as a team instead of using random players from other teams.

There's also the real problem of leadership. We could have more squads with 5v5s, but realistically there are fewer competent leaders in the game.

Pretty sure 90% of the community can lead at this point. It’s more so if they want to. Literally everyone on my squad can lead aside from vc (and I’m sure he can macro lead) and Amber. But more often than not it’s either fausto or myself

There are about 5 players on my squad that can lead. That being said, I end up having to lead 90% of the time. I'm super burnt out and don't want to lead at all anymore but nobody else wants to lead full-time. I'm not sure how much more we will be SB'ing this season because of this.

And next season, my first question before joining any squad will be "do you have a dedicated leader?"
