So it appears we've found a real solution to the problem that doesn't involve running it in Windowed mode. If you try this and have any issues or it works for you, please post so we can get some verification on this method and troubleshoot any problems that arise or additional criteria to get it to work.

Step 1) Set Infantry.exe to run in Windows 7 Compatibility Mode

-Locate your Infantry.exe under Program Files -> Infantry Online.

-Right Click -> Properties -> Go to Compatibility Tab at Top

-Select "Windows 7" under Drop Down Menu

-Click BOTH "Apply" and "Change settings for all users"

Step 2) Set Infantry.exe to run in Reduced Color Mode (16 Bit)

-Locate your Infantry.exe under Program Files -> Infantry Online.

-Right Click -> Properties -> Go to Compatibility Tab at Top

-Under "Settings" in middle of Tab click "Reduced Color Mode"

-Select 16-Bit Color Mode

-Click BOTH "Apply" and "Change settings for all users"

Step 3) Make sure your Display settings is set to 100% Scaling.

-Right-Click any open area on your Desktop -> Select "Display settings"

-Look for "Scaling and Layout" then "Change size of text, apps, and other items"

-Set Scaling to 100%

-You may alternatively try "Advanced scaling settings" if you would like to use a different scaling for your desktop and only change Infantry.exe.

-Apply changes

Step 4) Download Borderless Gaming and put Infantry.exe in it's list.

-Download for free from https://github.com/Codeusa/Borderless-Gaming/releases/download/9.5.5/BorderlessGaming9.5.5_admin_setup.exe

-Run Infantry

-Run Borderless Gaming

-On Borderless Gaming, select Infantry.exe and move it over to Favorites.

I just run Windows 7 and don't have to do any of this dumb shit. Literally zero reason to upgrade to Windows 10

if you only want to play Infantry windows 7 is fine but all the future DirectX compatibility is in Windows 10.

DONT DO the COLOR CHANGE. That shit dropped my FPS and it made the game choppy. I went and RAN it only on Windows 7 mode with Boarderless gaming and It works perfectly fine. Great post OCT

Anyone know why on my new comp with Windows 10 the radar doesn't display players? If I toggle the map with F3 I see players but otherwise my radar only shows the map with no player dots. Another issue I've had in conjunction with this is I only see my vision in game. So regardless of team shared vision unless I see the players(both friend/foe) they don't appear. I've tried alot of different settings and had no luck.

This should probably be pinned/stickied somewhere as this was really helpful for me.

This worked for me! I didn't have to change the color to 16 bit.
