So it appears we've found a real solution to the problem that doesn't involve running it in Windowed mode. If you try this and have any issues or it works for you, please post so we can get some verification on this method and troubleshoot any problems that arise or additional criteria to get it to work.
<b>Step 1) <i>Set Infantry.exe</i> to run in Windows 7 Compatibility Mode</b>
-Locate your Infantry.exe under Program Files -> Infantry Online.
-Right Click -> Properties -> Go to Compatibility Tab at Top
-Select "Windows 7" under Drop Down Menu
-Click BOTH "Apply" and "Change settings for all users"

<b>Step 2) <i>Set Infantry.exe</i> to run in Reduced Color Mode (16 Bit) </b>
-Locate your Infantry.exe under Program Files -> Infantry Online.
-Right Click -> Properties -> Go to Compatibility Tab at Top
-Under "Settings" in middle of Tab click "Reduced Color Mode"
-Select 16-Bit Color Mode
-Click BOTH "Apply" and "Change settings for all users"
<b>Step 3) Make sure your <i>Display settings </i> is set to 100% Scaling.</b>
-Right-Click any open area on your Desktop -> Select "Display settings"
-Look for "Scaling and Layout" then "Change size of text, apps, and other items"
-Set Scaling to 100%
-You may alternatively try "Advanced scaling settings" if you would like to use a different scaling for your desktop and only change Infantry.exe.
-Apply changes
<b>Step 4) Download <i>Borderless Gaming</i> and put Infantry.exe in it's list.</b>

-Run Infantry
-Run Borderless Gaming
-On Borderless Gaming, select Infantry.exe and move it over to Favorites.
