Part 2 – Apollo Map
The route home for Weaponized Autism is not a safe one. The commotion brought on by KS10 prompts other mercenary groups to come out of the woodwork. Pressing on they notice in the distance that dirt is being kicked up; someone or something is approaching. Although they sustained minimal damage in the scrap with Whoa, BB decides another skirmish so soon is not necessary. He diverts his cadre to the mountainside adjacent to the road because there is an inlet in the mountain that he knows about.
This entrance leads to what is known by locals as Apollo Cave. This cave is a branch of the Cybernetic Agricultural Management (CAM), a project that began on Europa. The purpose of the program is to relieve people of the intense work it takes to grow produce in harsh environments. Fully functional CAM centers like Apollo are not uncommon since they have proven to be very successful.
WA makes it inside undetected by not setting off alarms and because the Collective doesn’t keep any security on site at the CAM centers. They know the inhabitants of Thebes depend on the crops and would do nothing to disturb the growth.
The cave is vast and the area must be covered quickly to create a secure location for resting. rapier is sent out to secure the perimeter because “he scout.” In his sweep he picks up a few voices and listens in. Upon hearing discussion about Helium-3 he immediately returns to his group and demands WA strike. BB agrees and they set out to acquire the gas.

The BLACK BEAST
friend is a crew that always have one hand on their guns. When WA is about to strike, friend is already charging them; this action surprises WA and catches them off guard. This is a fight WA must pull out of or else it can mean imminent defeat.
friend, in no mood fight, circumnavigates the CAM center to avoid WA. Because of its extreme value, Sov doesn’t want to stash the Helium-3 so his squad can fight more freely. He would rather them lug two 244 cu ft tanks around and escape unscathed.
WA continues to search for friend and occasionally they find them, but friend draws a little fire and backs out of yet another fight.
Soon after, WA catches friend in the northwest corner of the CAM center. There is nowhere for them to run and BB knows this. With the superior angles, WA is able to take down friend and retrieve their Helium-3. Falling from the location of battle, WA hides the tanks and decides to finish off friend.
The final fight takes place next to one of the gardens and friend employees a turtling method to keep the action around there. BB doesn’t want to risk destroying the vegetation and there is no reason to fight any longer because they have the precious cargo. He calls for the retreat and WA falls back to where they had stashed the Helium-3; it’s gone. Angry that they didn’t keep a better eye on it, they leave the Apollo with nothing.

The group coming up the road that prompted BB to send his troops into the CAM is none other than Ad Infinitum. After the beating they took from friend they decided to head back toward ground zero. Senatus, the captain of AI has got the bloodlust and if he can’t have Helium-3, than he’ll have blood.
Purple Cobras didn’t stray far from KS10 after their battle with Stiletto Nails. Captain ez had taken a bit of damage from the fight and was in no condition to be transported. A temporary camp is set up when they hear noise coming from the CAM cave. Locked and loaded, they sneak in to check out the action that could be heard from the outside. They arrived in time to watch Weaponized Autism hide the tanks of Helium-3. The moment they step away from it, PC crawls in and snatches it up.
While trying to figure out how they’re going to get ez home, Ninj spots an unfriendly shadow. He fires one bullet then AI strikes.

Wasting no time, AI marine Brillhart fires a LAW, which immediately incapacitates PC medic envy. They are then converged upon and taken down one by one.
Calling it dumb luck, PC charges right back onto battle. They push toward the vegetation, which is also now a graveyard of empty ammunition shells. They perform a quick sweep of the rocks to the right then make way for KR. Above KR is where they find AI and remember to utilize the five D’s that ez preaches to them daily.
As fast as the last one ended, another battle starts. This time popped off by AI marine mad? who fires a LAW at Ninj who then adds a sixth D to the list, die. This is a fight of who can simply last the longest until respawn arrives, however, PC fails to last when mad? once again come in with a LAW that takes out Draco. Trisance is able to retaliate with a LAW of his own taking out AI med Veggie, but mad? Brillhart and lyrics refuse to fall.
For the first time since meeting in the CAM, AI has PC on the run. AI stages an ambush and unbeknownst to them, PC is running low on medikits. This is the most opportune time to strike. The ambush is a success, but two PC members are able to get away.
Several more battles take place with no definite victor on the horizon. Both squads pull out of the fight to gain the better angle and a momentary silence is upon them. This calm is broken when AI push down at PC from the north. AI is abruptly stopped when once again Trisance lands a LAW on the medic Veggie.
The next few battles go to PC and AI begin to tuck their tails. The bloodlust Senatus has is not enough to overcome the Purple Cobras.

A lot has happened in the Whoa camp since their defeat to Weaponized Autism. Co-captain Octavian staged a mutiny and DaddyOG was overthrown. Whoa never left KS10 after the battle; they stayed to rest for a bit. While they rested, Oct snuck around and talked to each member of the squad. Not only did Octavian usurp the throne, he and the squad ate DaddyOG. Prior to the fight with WA they had not eaten in days. The squad rebranded themselves Whoa 2.0 and called it a day.
Stiletto Nails never reach home either because they’re part of a small group that the Collective pays to secure local CAM caves like Apollo. That is the main reason why SN can continuously fight because their supplies never run out and they’re on a payroll that can only be described as limitless. They were near home when sensors are tripped forcing them to turn their back on comfort.
It is known across the universe that autistic meat has low caloric value and very little nutrients. After devouring DaddyOG, Whoa 2.0 is still very hungry so they sneak inside the CAM and go after the vegetation.

Remember that scene in Demolition Man when John Spartan beats up all those poor people who are trying to steal food? That’s basically this fight in a nutshell.
Whoa 2.0 is barely able to disturb the soil when sirens inside Apollo are turned on. This causes Whoa to scatter like roaches and they move fast, but not faster then SN’s bullets.
Whoa 2.0 lost this battle the moment it began. Several fights occur around the CAM, but with the same outcome. Whoa 2.0 is just too hungry to keep up the fight and SN is able to finally drive them out of the cave.
