How do you "force" 8's when the rule says you are required to use 8 players if they are online? pinecone was on your squad and she was online and in the arena.

That wouldn't make sense; otherwise, you can agree to 12s to get 8s or 10s. You can watch the video and read what the ref (fausto) said.

Em4 wanted 7s but for some reason they went 8s when he was leading that squad. Now there is a rule in place to force squads to play with their 8s because said squad actually abused the rules l o l

Iirc it didn't have anything to do with having to use either Infinite or Pinecone. We always planned on forfeiting because we were forced to play a rematch game for some reason and we were being babies about it (typical snakes). In fact I think I logged off after the semis game because we had already discussed it and Staley took the opportunity to spec all at game start. I also remember apologizing to em4 after because he showed up to play and didn't think we were being serious. My memory is pretty bad but I'm sure Apollo or Staley can confirm it, I don't think they ever actually intended to play that match regardless of lineups.
