Its going to be really hard without their top player, Sniper, but I think they will find a way to pull this one out. Emp's plan to ban backs on purpose for this match will be in vein as his Shit squad simply wont be able to compete.

Supposedly Sniper specced on purpose. If we go along with that the rule states:

"A player that specs on purpose to avoid a death, get more ammo, etc. will be specced for the rest of the match and will receive a one-match ban"

Our next match is a rematch on Thursday night. So which match is he banned from? Why would our Captain be banned from both the rematch AND the next match. That would be a TWO match ban.

Multiple Head Staff members have said it is not uncommon to suspend a player for their next match AND the rematch. They were referencing a different rule violation, but since Backs is a repeat offender and tried to lie to the staff about it, I am using my discretion to ban him for his next match and the rematch.

<b>"most likely..."</b> means most likely, not definitely. It gives leeway in the decision. If I had known Backs felt so strongly about being suspended for a whole season, I would have decided that. But I've made my decision.

Backs is a repeat offender. Clearly he didn't learn his lesson last time. The Head Staff will escalate punishments as appropriate for repeat behavior. This is common in every environment regarding punishment.

Skip work? Write up.
Skip work again? Write up plus a disciplinary review.
Skip work a 3rd time? Fired.

Use PEDs once? 50-game suspension.
Use PEDs twice? 150-game suspension.
Use PEDs thrice? Ban from MLB.

This shouldn't be a discussion. Backs broke the rules. He's a repeat offender. Repeat offenders get harsher punishments.

Let’s see if you grant them the private match they requested. If you do this further proves you cater to them. I specced out of a game, I didn’t use spec info. There’s no reason for a private match to be granted. That’s just bullshit. I want to encourage my team. They are my guys.

I don't think he should be banned for the rematch for speccing out in the last 30 seconds of a game that wasn't close... it's not like him speccing out in any way affected the outcome.

But you know what is funny? The rematch will be 8v8 when the real match should of been 8v7. Oh and they got a private arena granted. Labeling my squad cheaters who use spec info. My guys don’t deserve this treatment.
