The website does run 3 minutes fast only because I haven't rebooted my server in a while.
It is a <i>little</i> suspicious that dist left a couple minutes after the planned roster lock, considering he logs into the website only once every 6-8 months. So he either suddenly knew there was a roster lock that changed dates (he did not log into the website between the time the roster lock date change announcement was made), or someone told him to do it.

Can confirm Emp is corrupt. Yosh and slob was unable to leave his squad and join BTB due to Emp's corruption and confusion when it came to roster lock. This matter can only be fixed if they are manually moved to BTB, ty.
