I think it's pretty fair to give FU the stats from the original game considering BW forfeited the rematch and there were no stats to give from the disconnect game..

Different circumstances. You were in a rematch where you failed to return to the match. The server crashed and no stats were available to take. Emp made a call to use the original stats, which I don't see as unreasonable.

If a squad were to just all spec during a game and there were no server issues those stats would be used as the game stats.
