Everyone,
Currently we are testing minor tweaks and updates to a majority of classes privately. Test classes are their own separate category and no updates have been in to public classes. You can still play pub and SB normally if you do not wish to test anything. No changes are currently set to take place, this is only to test and gauge balance.
This thread is not for 'hate it/love it', just to let you know what is out there to play with. We will pick and choose what works best, so it isn't an all-or-nothing thing. We also ask that you actually test things instead of just bitching.
Marine - Added 1 Stim Pack.
LMG - Added 1 Stim Pack.
Ripper - Upped damage 0.5 per bullet, moved damage type to Bypass.
Demolitions - Increased RPG flight speed, added Throw C4 and Drop C4 with CD (not ammo), re-added Incendiary Grenades.
Grenadier - Increased arc by 4deg to clear more obstacles, increased damage to be lethal on head/body/feet shots, re-added Molotov (decreased damage), re-added Mortar at 2 shots per life
Assault Trooper - Reduced armor values to 20%/20% Kinetic/Explosive and removed Ignore values, decreased AP clip by 1, decreased AP distance by approx 10%
Sniper - Decreased HP to 64, decreased Sniper Rifle damage to 64, added minimum trigger distance on Sniper Rifle, decreased max ammo to 20, added Claymore with maximum of 1 up at a time.
SpecOps (new) - Blended Marine/Sniper class in case we remove Sniper. Battle Rifle (15dmg), Long Rifle (hybrid sniper - 40dmg), Assassinate melee, Throwing Knife instead of Shotgun, Hand Grenades and LAWs.
Combat Medic (medic branch) - SL PDW, BioDart (heals friendly 30 or damages enemy 30), Increased medkit distance 20% to compensate for server lag/missed heals, Added 1 Steron Injection w/ AutoPickup (35secs, increased movement speed, regen, and 15%/15% kinetic/explosive armor). Max 2 per team.
Field Surgeon (medic branch) - USL PDW, Larger Enercell, Large Medkit (60% HP, larger distance than Combat Medic), Field Heal (50hp slower heal-over-time), 1 Steron Injection. Max 1 per team.
