For those of you really wanting to see Lava map again. I took out all the trees. Added a few doors to buildings and edited a few rocks. Added a lower path to the lava pit as it is useless without the flag.

If you can think of something else to add let me know. Maybe we can use it in the future as I update it upon request.

There's some areas that need to be filled in like the NE and SW areas for starters. OR move the Titan DS to the bottom left and the Collective DS to the top right and fill in the areas where the DS's were with some rocks or something.

Yeah I was thinking the same as well about the DS's. It can be tough to exit bases with both areas being so open. I will work on that.

It may have the same type of layout but the design of the map with the different buildings and the lack of Mid makes fighting on the outskirts more realistic. The map is no longer Center focused as it was on KR/EC.

Needs rape lines. Yes we all know Drift, this however would play much closer to KR than EC just by looking at it.

May be the same map with tweaks, but without south rocks and mid building it would be played much differently. Might as well be a different map.

Bases situated and rape lines added.

Thought process. The top right base has the building directly to the left of it so a north angle or south angle leaving base is completely viable. It would take NME so long to move around that building from raping south you could provide angles. You also have the option of playing the building.

The bottom left base. You have the small rocks for light coverage above the DS while having multiple larger rocks for larger coverage in leaving the base. You have the plus sign building close to the bottom left part of the map for quick access to a holding point.

Take the giant building out of the middle of EC map and it opens it up a lot!

I liked the lava map for SL. I think this modified version could work pretty well for USL. I think we should have a secondary map up in another zone for all of Season 4 so squads can test maps like Bomb/Apollo for S5.

It would be great to have a plan laid out prior to S4 playoffs that includes a full plan for off-season so everyone is on the same page.

apollo's map over this imo, it's gonna be way too similar to EC. I'd be down to use a modified version of this the season after.

EC is primarily focused in south rocks and in mid. This map only provides moment though mid. No battles mid unless both parties meet.

South no longer has rocks that are able to be camped the entire game from squads. The north side of this map provides much more play than EC and KR. Even apollo's map. So not sure what you're actually seeing Leak.

Ola that looks good but it still definitely needs some areas filled in. That area south of colly base is way too open. If any squad wanted to they could just sit outside their rape lines and they wouldn't be able to get out. Same thing north of titan base. Maybe put that building back in that is on EC.

Thats why the building is so close to the top right base. You have the option of going over it or going inside. This forces your hand north. The north building is so big you wont be cut off by an entire team escaping your base.

How many times on EC were teams being raped and they never ran out of the north side of their base and over the top 2 buildings. They would be killed off 2 or 3 times before it happened. This layout plays more towards using the top side of the base.

Also it looks smaller on the Radar view but the rape lines are a full coord away from the base so you can actually spread an entire team out in that area and fight if it came down to it. I wanted to avoid the situation where teams are being killed within their rape lines in small areas like behind the hangar ect.

Also I think DS bottom left is fine. If you notice the rocks to the right of the base. You can not hold the top side of those rocks while you have a team underneath as well. If you are caught in the middle of those rocks you will be caught as the opposing team. You can not hold the bottom if nme has control of top.

If played correctly I think it offers plenty of viable options if you're being raped. Open areas are not always a bad thing as long as you have options elsewhere.

This is a perfect example of how different our minds think and how strategic minded we are. Warfare in my head is going to be completely different towards yours. I will lead a team out of a rape with the way I designed that base. I would expect you to figure it out as well.

You also need to remember that its your base. If you're being killed off then you're not taking the proper precautions. You have all the opportunities to fall back, you cant be flanked around your rape lines and you're provided coverage on parts of the map so you're not raped.

Until the map is played on and teams are " Raping " other squads I don't see that as much of an issue right now. That is something that needs to be fine tuned after playing on it. So for now look at buildings, fighting areas towards the middle and consistencies you might want to see changed.
