Recent seasons have shown issues with timeliness, transparency, accountability, and Captain inclusion.
This vote is about addressing those challenges. It is not aimed at individuals or the result of personal disagreements.

We are proposing a shift to a captain led, community focused structure.
A Board of Captains will hold real, binding decision-making authority.
The Board will draft, amend, and uphold league rules, and oversee major league decisions including league punishments.
It will also nominate Admin candidates and facilitate community elections.

The League Admin will act as a facilitator and executor, not a sole decision-maker.
This change ensures fairness, restores trust, and secures the league’s long-term stability.
