I think to succeed they need to figure out how they want to play. Kippa is notoriously a passive leader, almost too passive (coming from me that says a lot). He will have the best marine lineup and won't play to their strengths. I think Yosh or Albert should probably take on a bulk of the leadership responsibilities so Kippa can focus on his subpar medding.

Was he a pity recruit? When he isn't creeping on Chica or Fire n Ice he can be found playing extremely bad in almost every squadbattle. I expect him to only play against lower tiered squads out of pity.
