I think we should create a category like the "Retired" one for squad rosters but perhaps with a different name. Mainly for the people who would just like to be part of a squad to SB during the week.

The captain(s) would obviously most likely play their starting/bench line up before the whatever-we-call-it category. The point would be to show new players how to play on a more competitive level - encourage them to get better, etc.

I think this would be best for the League and Infantry as a whole. There has been growth within the last few months and it would be a shame to lose these players because they cannot join a squad and hence play after Public dies out. I'm sure there're more benefits to this as well and hardly any negatives.

Why do they need to be on retired to SB with you during the week? Ingame chat not enough? Do you schedule your practice in forums where they are required to attend?

People just wanted to feel wanted ola, putting them on site makes it Facebook official.
