Wouldn't the server need to be located wherever the person was that ran the server? Maybe I'm not understanding how it works, but I'm pretty sure we can't just ask Daybreak if we can use one of their servers so Sav doesn't get specced. No hard feelings here, Sav, I just don't know how realistic of a request it is.

Sony servers are san diego and that was also where the old server was that kon had. Before the server company started getting ddos'd by the lizard squad, it was fine. All the related lag reports and me getting pissed off cuz it took 30 minutes to just get onto the server to see what was going on caused the move. This server is in new york city, that random downtime we experienced was the result of them moving from new jersey to new york. If we move back somewhere else over there, the donation bill will increase. Im down for seeing if daybreak would host us but trying to get in contact with them ive been having a hard time. Maybe if BOMB gave me an email I could.

Can we get atleast a weekly server restart? And work on server location. Im happy to put up a quarter per month of the server expense and do some advertising to help grow the pop. Daybreak are fucking impossible to deal with

Z you abuse the shit out of your lag and you know it. You purposely bum into walls and put your self in positions where the person has no chance because you wont take damage. I understand you play aggressive but you also abuse the lag you have. I bet if you didnt abuse it there would be less people that got angry.

Z is killable, I do it all the time. You got to know how to fight laggers. There are moments when it's too much but most of the time you can kill him. The problem is people don't know how to watch for bullet flashes and get further away to really see where his bullets don't look like lasers.

Anyways server moving, if you guys want the server moved, help me find one where you think would balance everyone.

I have a program that plots people's ping with their locations. So we have west coast. East coast. Central, Europe, Im assuming we only have guys in England, We have a couple in the phillipenes, And about 10-15 in aussie who play both PL and USL. Is that all the areas we cover?

how do you figure there's 10 aussies that play infantry?

point being, I don't think anyone would appreciate it if we just let laggers play. More people would be unhappy than they would be happy, by far. When I SB you Sav I go turn on torrents to make it even.

If this game had a large australian population I would be more empathetic towards you, but really.. there are only a small handful (list me 10 players that are active). If moving the server impacts people on the east coast (USA), just to give sav a better ping (when he'll more than likely lag anyways) I don't think it's a good idea.

Hey Z have you tried running a VPN? Or not sure if Lower Ping or WTFast works with infantry. Might all be worth a shot though.
