Now that I am no longer an analyst, I thought it would be a good time to actually do a write up. The squads are finally settling down and this new EC map is ready to see some action. Lets take a look at where I think these squads stand as of now.
1. Brown Town
This squad has been dominating in the preseason so far. Mostly made up of season 5 winners with some strong pickups in Champion, Y, and Stavudine the god. One of the reasons why they play so well together is the amount of leaders they have in the squad. Darth has been the archetype leader for some while now and knows exactly what needs to be done to win games. Pandy/ER/Champ/Yosh/manu are all vocal players who have really good awareness and can call out plays in the heat of battle. With the way things are going, BT stands firmly at rank 1.

2. worms
Worms at #2 is probably not the popular view, and don't get me wrong it's not my view either, but I'm being paid off by Nick to put them here. I've actually been really impressed from what I have seen from them so far and I think picking up tg is going to be massive for them. The Juggernaut dream is definitely over, but this new group of players is actually looking really strong, and they've got enough experience throughout the squad to see through tough matches. I really wanna see these guys do well and I hope they can actually give a shit this season and try to win some games.

3. Cobra Kai
Bunch of inactive assholes who are going to try to force their way into the finals. I think this lineup is actually quite strong, and has a lot of elements that the first rendition of Cobra Kai lacked. This entire squad is going to depend on activity. If they start sbing during the week they can shoot up to first or second seed, and if they continue to stay inactive they could probably drop to fourth or fifth. I saw from first hand last season with Syndicate how a strong lineup completely suffered from inactivity. Kippa's teams usually depend on how hes leading. Theres very little room for creativity amongst the players, but what he does get right is efficiency and making his teams very hard to kill. It's going to be interesting to see how Apollo/Kippa/Khaos will mesh together. We'll find out where these guys truly stand in the coming weeks.

4. Pam Goes Ham
These guys have really impressed me so far with some of their innovative plays and their refusal to give up battles easily. Individually, these players aren't stars, but working together they're starting to look like a serious threat. The core of this squad has played together for a few seasons now, so they know how they want to play. PGH will frustrate teams if they need to and ambush the fuck out of west mid to turn the tables. If they continue like they have and continue to implement some innovative plays, they might catch some of these top teams off guard like we've seen in the past.

5. Rejects
Rejects has not been very impressive in the preseason so far, which is why we are so low in the tier. Aside the negativity, this squad has a strong marine and medic core and is capable of beating any squad if our cards are played correctly. Hopefully as the season starts, we will get our shit together and get back to winning ways. The medic department in this squad runs deep and might be one of the contributing factors if things start looking up for us. I have confidence that Rejects will step up, but as of now, we lie just outside the top 4.

Haven't seen much of these guys in action but I do like how the squad is shaping up. I think they definitely need to pick up 2-3 stronger marines if they actually want to make this squad competitive. I have faith in Fausto and cael so I think they will pull through. They've got some decent fire power in this side and capable medics who can definitely pull off some upsets this season.
