Leaks alias was removed from his account by Palm. When it was transferred back it wasn't squad joined anymore and wiped. Seeing how he was squad joined in game prior to this transfer occurring it's a completely different circumstance.

Out of Leaks control as he was unaware until he was told at the end of the game that he wasn't squad joined due to the removal of his alias without his knowledge.

It was 2am, and he had to duel me to get it back. It was all in fun and he got an alias out of it. We both didn't know it would wipe his stats and in game squadjoin.
