That isn't even my biggest reso. If I use a bigger one the recording lags too much.

Or do you mean mini map?

Whats the max reso on a 4k for you? 4k x 2k or some shit? Whats your fps as well?

If I use my UHD TV it's 3840x2160 and it gives a better picture. If I use my other monitor it's 4096x2160.

It locks at 120ish and doesn't go higher or lower unless I'm recording. I use Windows 8.

Ive been using windows 8 with a mod that skins it in windows 7 style its not bad

I've had 0 issues with Windows 8. I got better FPS and general performance when upgrading from 7 to 8. I had to downgrade back to 8 from 10 because it's the worst.
