As a ref you should learn the rules it's your responsibility and not blame someone else but I understand if you didn't know and thought they should know. I remember pandy confused rules or had the rules mixed when I was ref(once or twice). You and all the staff need to be retrained if you don't know the rules. You use to have to pass a ref test before you ever got powered. Maybe a new one could be made to help you familiarize the rules. BTW duels are: each team picks their 5 best duelers and they duel their opponent only once. The captains give the order of their duelers and whichever team wins 3(3 of 5) first chooses the side. So not everyone may duel. I appreciate you refereeing and I couldn't care less about the rule(I guess it still prevented abuse) :>. I'm more worried about chaos blade summoning people mid battle.

Both parties that committed the offense should have been well aware of the rule of not crossing the rape lines once you have already left them.
I dont blame dp tho due to the 6.12 rule not stating SPECIFICALLY (since that is what you elitists care so much about) that a player needs to be specced immediately if rape lines are crossed IN OVERTIME. At that point if it truly impacted the game then the rape lines could have been voided (ex. if the whole team tried to fall into base) . Dont fault dp for no one else in the league stepping up to help ref because I believe there were 4-5 people that didnt ref a single game after week 1. You wonder why no one wants to help out the league especially when a controversy arises due to the amount of flak we get season to season. For an ONLINE FREE game that 3-4 people put multiple hours of work in a week to keep it running, we sure dont have anything to complain about. Im not excusing what Pandy nor yosh did and both should have been well aware of the rules, but dont only fault dp. I will also take blame for not making a decision since I was in arena, but so were other head staff members that could have made the call.

As for CB summoning people, he specced kippa mid battle that caused us to fall so if we really want to get technical we could bitch too about it ruining our positioning. I believe he summoned him back due to their being no valid reason as to him being specced. Idk, we will have to figure a few of these rules out, again. (thanks BT)

I was messaging kippa, so I had unticked Devil, lol either way I figured where kippa was in the battle and summoned him back to where he was. So if anyone think they may be a better fit for a ref, by all means step up or shut up, lmao all these fools complaining yet they are doing nothing to contribute to the league, mistakes are made, I was a Ref/SRef/HRef/Co-Admin at one point or another pre free inf, where staff actually was more strict who they hired. I agree a test should be in place, especially if new rules are getting thrown into the mix. But in the end, it is the refs hand and we tend to make the best decision, I wasn't being influenced by the spec chat about Devil lagging until I saw him jumping and specced him myself, and yes mid-battle is quite legal now, before it wasn't but please read the rules if you want to bitch and whine.
