I think the reason it pissed me off the most was because if you guys are calling me a fraud about playing Infantry, then you are implying I am a fraud regarding everything else I said.

That is what I find the most disrespectful. I am in the USAF, I am married to a wonderful woman, and I don't appreciate being called a fraud. I don't usually use internet forums anymore. The last one I used was three years ago on AllRPG.com, which was shut down due to lack of visitors. My point is that I was simply trying to reconnect with some type of online community because I am bored as shit here in South Korea. So unless I am training, watching a movie, or speaking to my wife, I have some free time for the moment. As far as playing again, I do appreciate the initial invitations, but it would probably not be a good idea. I really was terribly addicted to this game.

Also, I have a Mac. And every time I have tried to download this game on for Mac, it didn't work. Probably a sign.

And as much as I really want to give a proverbial bitch slap to all you haters, I have been doing my research and apparently trolls are a huge issue. So still fuck you, but I understand your reservations.

One last thing, what really pisses me off is how all of this has taken away from my original post. I doubt I will be on this site often, especially after this stupid shit, but I really want to express how this game has been a huge deal for me in my past.

Instead of doing a bunch of stupid shit, some of which I still did, I was battling out my frustrations on this game. While I don't necessarily think games are the best distraction all the time, I do want to make sure this post is worth something and say that an engrossing, strong community of gamers can be a really good way for people to be a part of something and not get themselves into bad habits. This was a good outlet for me. My time has well passed but I needed to express my gratitude for this game once more.

nothing worthy of noting. also infantry doesn't run on macs, you'd have to get bootcamp or another similar program to run windows on your mac.
