lol nothing has changed really even with the salary cap intact. Rejects is like the same Rejects few seasons ago. Same goes for Warhawks. Nothing has changed really. Even with the salary cap in place, people are going try to stack the best as possible or play with the players they want to play with.

Warhawks wasn't even close to being stacked. Only overwatch and rejects were stacked last season and they both failed.

Warhawks wasnt stacked but still had a great lineup with great chemistry.

I think Fear was a good example of how the salary cap should work.
Unknown players, Skilled Players, Old Players coming back.

Trying to become a team and it showed the first few weeks.

Then they made it to the finals and were leading for most of it.

This format works, it really is the people that screw it up because they dont want to play with people they think suck instead of working with them.
