Not with graphics like these. The modifications will grow the population faster and it will actually Maintain interests. Especially the interest of brand new players. The new generation takes one look at the game and automatically thinks it is cheesy. Making it more appealing helps with selling the game and at least gives them insensitive to test drive before judgement. It's like standing in front of a Toyota priest and a Ferrari. Your going to want to test drive the Ferrari because it's more appealing.

Point im making is the game isn't dying because people just don't have time. On the larger end of the stick no's. It's losing populous because no one new wants to play a game that's not flashy enough for them. We need to be gaining population faster then losing it Nos. I've been here for a very long time. I've seen all the errors made throughout time that resulted in today's small population. Sl used to be in the 1500s all the time. Now it's in the what? You'd be lucky if you seen 120... Same with ctf, being in the 3500s. Now it's in the 0s
