Ok so for now I am working on updates in USL Apollo Map. Current updates are...

Ripper - Moves faster now, almost full speed of a marine (rine = 2600, ripper = 2575),
Changed incinerator to a 5 shot ripper gun(moveable)
Grenadier - Added Desert Eagle to the class
Assault Trooper - 100 hp, Dual Auto Pistols, inc nade, frag nade, chain sword, and armor with the ability to shoot a law but doesnt spawn with one
Sniper - 80hp(soon), rounds do 60 max damage so far, still needs testing

Is that really gonna make Ripper a playable class? I still feel like playing with one, even with that adjustment, is going to be impractical.

Should try adding a 4-5 round ripper burst that you can shoot on the move and it puts a longer CD on your stand still one or something. Could be used in tight situations where you need to fall or have a lot of fire coming at you.

totally agree, kinda like the CTF rifle that hvys use.

Im not done with it leak, no one till champion has said what to do with it so thats all I've done to it so far. Im going to test out his idea.

Sniper is back in USL??????

Let's try not to get too ahead of ourselves here. I thought the idea was to try and tweak some existing classes to try and get them played more. Adding a bunch of shit at once is overwhelming and will just lead to chaos like what happened in SL. If some small changes work out well then we can revisit more options down the line.

Ninj is right. No one is coming back to play USL because you added more stuff. That last season of SL where they added CTF components to attract a new player base was probably the worst season ever. If anything, changes to maps or new maps make the game worth playing more, but apollo the god doesn't have enough time rip.

A map will not be done by the time the season starts so no point in even trying it. I for one will NOT make a map, barely have time to do this.
