<span class=summary-title>Breakdown </span><br><br><span class=summary>Originally I had BS winning this but then riley kicked de quen aka my boy Manifest Destiny and what followed with that action was losing kaga and their best med Zack. Top knotch decision making!

Now the grudge between hiro and backs was entertaining enough but now yosh is out for blood and ready to show backs and crew de wae.

Black Spades:

As I stated above these guys were an easy favorite with yosh, kaga and zack in the line up. Now with them gone they've been getting blown out in scrims like they were the rookies. Will the recruitment of the source code negativezero be enough to save them this game? Nah son.

Riley was only able to go 19-4 last week because everyone was worried about yosh and kaga and left riley alone instead of capitalizing on his awful positioning. This week he will likely be closer to 6-9.

Metal is still learning a bit but his positioning still isnt improving that much nor is his situational awareness on when to fall and when to stick it out with his marines which leads to some bad deaths.

Backs picked up de quen and de inferior asian aka kaga. Add in the iceman hype, mizz and the god known as wazz he has a solid cast to support him allowing him to snipe against a squad like Black Spades.

Manifest Destiny is out for blood boys, he doesnt smell ebola from the other team and will spit on the nonbelievers.

Kaga the inferior asian as satomi calls him, will do better then last week as he looks to uphold de quens honor and is angry that they did yosh dirty.

Rumor mill has it that the angry scottsman is showing up for this match...

I think you have some bad info, but good read there. We have actually been doing significantly better in all our SB's the past couple of nights, and haven't seen any drop off in activity.

This includes beating The Leftovers last night in our first matchup before it deteriorated to 10v10 pub-style sb's.

I like yosh, but the atmosphere of the squad immediately shifted when we parted ways, and we have been having a blast playing together again. Much better and more positive communication, and it's clear that everyone wants to be there.

Also, Yosh, Kaga, and Ice are inelligible for this match, as am I, so your lineups suck. haha.

They aren't, obviously you guys have 6 rules that contradict one and the one is poorly worded. Let them play, won't make much of a difference in this one.

3.1 Non-Team Players are players that are not on any current season roster, or those who recently joined a squad that are still on a wait period.

3.4 NT players can only be used if there are no other members of the squad present. (Example: A captain cannot choose to use an NT when a member of his squad is in spec.)

3.5 Non-Team Players are allowed by default. For Playoffs, allowing NT players must be agreed upon by both squad Captains.

NT rules only apply to playoffs. It's been this way since like season 3 or 4.

2.5 Players joining/leaving squads must wait 8 days before being allowed to play, unless NTs are allowed.

Obviously 3.5 is more set to be for squads unable to show enough and allowing them to show players for an even match. I think the rules need to be updated and issues addressed next season. 3.5 from my explanation from dp was to allow players to play because the game is "dwindling" however all it is doing is preventing other players from playing because their is no penalty to those moving around squads. At some point the league needs to create some stability and create some guidelines to prevent these types of issues going forward. Same thing happened to Pistor a few seasons ago after his squad jumped ship after week one.


And to clarify one thing, I have no issue with any of the players that have migrated to Backs squad. Yosh is a good guy, and nothing about him being kicked was personal, but was in the best interest of my squad as his actions were toxic. kaga left on his own accord as did Zack. Could really care less about Matt because lets be honest, he hasn't contributed anything useful in the league in many seasons, and will be a flake in a few weeks anyways that's back in hibernation.

Non-Team Players are allowed by default. The rules for moderating Non-Team Players are laid out in 3.1 through 3.4.

You must use Non-Team Players in regular season, following the rules laid out for them in 3.1-3.4. In post-season, the captains must agree to allow them, but still follow rules 3.1-3.4 regarding how it is done.

The existence of rule 3.5 does not negate rules 3.1-3.4 which lay out how NT players are handled, whether they are used or not. Any other interpretation of this is simply unintelligent.

And if some admin in some early free infantry season couldn't use basic reading comprehension and set a whacked-out precedent, well, it's not season 3 anymore or whatever, and most of us can read.

Rule 2.5 is for playoffs if captains choose to allow NTs or not.

3.1 is just explaining what an NT is.

3.4 is just explaining that you cannot use an NT if your squad has enough squad-joined players.

3.5 explains that NTs are allowed by default (should you need them) until playoffs when refs have to ask if captains want to allow NTs.

You're grasping at straws trying to find a loophole so that you don't have to play against yosh and kaga. Get over it.

Exactly. You just laid it out plain as day. NT's are allowed by default, but you cannot use an NT if your squad has enough squad-joined players. Whether it's playoff time or not, this does not change. Let's do this logically.

NT's are allowed by default until playoffs is the only rule you need to read. Any other NT rule is only enforced during the playoffs.

See my edit, rules posted were dropped in prematurely before giving my explanation. The league has no accountability, and lost any credibility in my opinion in terms of administration.

So Champion, I can NT for 6 squads this week? Thanks buddy. You make zero sense.

If anyone wants me to NT for them this weekend, I have carte blanche to ignore all NT rules until playoffs
