One thing to note is that I intend to add a rating penalty to players who do not play in at least 65% of the total games in a season. This will decrease inflated ratings for players who play a few games and get inflated stats from a stat pad.

Aren't a lot of those stats based upon subjective data? Kind of hard to tell since there is no legend for the abbreviated names of the stats.
MVP and MVP per game - subjective to captain's whims
Squad Rating - who rates the squads, and with what criteria? Does a player performing better on a lower-rated squad get a boost here?
Games Rating, Rating Check 1-4 - what?
If you are submitting this to the community for review, we need to be able to know what the data is that we are looking at.

My original post states that squad competition is factored in.
MVP is something that could be taken more serious if it will impact ratings. We can try to work with the honor system. If it doesn't work then it can be removed. It currently doesn't have much impact on the final rating anyways.
Squad rating is determined by a separate formula in the standings page.
For all the other things you can click on the tab and it will show you the formula behind it. Games rating is all the other weights combined into one.
Rating checks are to reduce inflation in each bracket.

Healing is a skewed stat. Assist points show that you're actually healing when it matters.

The R-Medic rating has nothing to do with healing, and only has to do with assists and wins compared to the games column.
You are skewing the ratings to the guys on better squads, as everything relevant to the rating on your formula has to do with kills/deaths/wins/assistpoints/squadrating. Trying to stroke your team stacking buddies egos?

Assist points for medics are not solely awarded for heals in combat, and skew to the guys getting carried by better teams.

It's quite the opposite really. You have <i>81 deaths</i> which isn't very helpful to your team as a medic and it's taking that into consideration. And on top of that, medics from Infamous and Sonichu do not receive any kind of squad competition boost like you and the other medics do.

Overall, healing as a stat is completely skewed and can be easily taken advantage of. I'd give more weight to staying alive and assisting your team than an arbitrary stat like that any day. SOE USL did not even have a healing stat in the game and used assist points as well.

I don't expect to perform well in a formula that weighs in deaths, I took way too many this season and we had way too much fun with it. It's not like I'm alone, my whole squad took the deaths too. I healed my ass off though. More healing than any other medic in any other season, assuming I get one thousand on Sunday.
If you're gonna give me a shit rating that' s cool, I rate myself a 99, the point is that objectively rating medics, raw healing data is essential to building a complete model of a player. What do medics do that allows their team to win? It's not living. You could have a medic play in a game that gets 6-1, 200 healing, and wins because the other medic is decent and the squad is far superior. Who gives a fuck about your competition bonus then? The shit medic that only clicked heal twice would still get a high rating on your model.
It makes no sense.

It's a TDM zone. Deaths are pretty important. I can't really configure a formula around having fun. And I'm not giving you a shit rating, I'm just working to try and recreate the original formula from SOE USL that did not have a healing stat.
