Ball update for all ball related games:
I just reversed engineered the ball drop packet fully which means when someone kicks it hard enough, there is a byte in there that signals if this is hard enough to hit the goal aka meaning Saves will be functioning correctly. No more having to guess if the ball will reach or not. Still working on all the fixing but with this new information, it means more coding now.

Come one come all, Soccerbrawl is DONE! I need people to test and play it.
Fixes:
gamblers updated map for the screwed up goal side is in
Reversed the drop ball packet so now saves work correctly, also was updated in its script to reflect this.
People that spec out holding the ball, it will spawn it where they specced from on the map.
People that die holding the ball, it will either A: if set in the cfg to auto give to the killer, it will B: will spawn in place.
Redid some structuring to make the ball seem less laggy.

nah that was just goalie being affected cuz of simultaneous goal scoring + catch inside goal patch. but mizz put in a fix for that just now tho.
