Id like constructive criticism if possible as to what you like/disliked about this season and what you think we could adjust going into next season. Aside from the hate/removal of Kaiser's Pass.

I think everyone can agree that the teams are not balanced. It's a toss up, and I am usually against a salary but unless players can take it upon themselves to join and play with weaker players/squads I would like to implement one in. From week 1 everyone knew what the champ game was going to be. In the past the talent was spread between 4 or sometimes 5 squads, it's no fun when it's all on one or two teams.

Agreed with Apollo.

Draft/salary or whatever.. That spreads players evenly amongst squads, make it happen.

Aside from the temporary complaining and bitching that’ll happen, the playing field will be so much more competitive and fun. It’ll give new players/developing players, a lot of good insight.. Playing with the veterans and ring holders. All of that will translate into keeping the generation of new players, consistent.

The real problem is we have a bad history of people on the bottom not trying to improve. I'm actually quite pleased with the progression of mg and pi this season. They keep sbs competitive and take it seriously while trying to get better every sb/match.

The talent gap is pretty large but the previous 2 seasons nobody could have picked a winner from before the season started.

Even when we did Salary people found their way to stack. I don't think that's the solution. Draft maybe but let's be honest no one wants that. A good majority of the players left only want to play with certain players as well.

We had what 2 decent seasons of salary cap before and then people wanted it removed. As dp said there are people who only want to play with certain players, and forcing salary cap again may(and I say may) diminish the population even more. The fact that we got 7 squads this season was great. Yes the skill gap is quite wide but like mecca said PI / MG have steadily improved a bit.

As you said Apollo it takes people to want to join a lower tier squad to help them out and there may be some out there willing but reverting back to dp's point most just wanna play with their friends.

People keep saying that next season is the last season, every season. Yet, here we are 15 seasons later. We've seen how this community reacts to sudden change. I feel like activity was much lower during the salary seasons. If I'm remembering correctly we went weeks without anyone logging on to SB. Which, to be honest I don't mind because I only log on Sundays now. But I know there are people (idc) who wouldn't like that.

Were the salary seasons even <i>that</i> competitive? I feel like we had much more competition the last 2 seasons than we've had in the entire FI run. What was the reasoning? Roster wise, things still looked "stacked" on paper. Whatever happened those last 2 seasons let's do it again.

The problem is this only ever comes up when there's not at least 3 legitimate squads, the past 2 seasons nobody gave a shit about salary/draft because it was nice and balanced. I'd dare say if all my guys actually showed and we were active there'd be a 3 horse race. The problem is a lot of top "talent" either play every other season or don't consistently sign on every week.

Well like I said, people need to take it upon themselves to not stack. When there is only 1 or 2 good squads it equates to a very boring and dull season. Occasionally there has been 4-5 good squads and that is when it's a fun season imo. Salary isn't ideal or my first choice, but if it prevents the top 10 players from all playing together I'd rather that then what we have now.

Oh yeah because I can see the actual command being used. Am I a mod? Can I see powered commands? No I ducking can’t. All I see is the green chat announcing the results. Miss me with that BS bro.

yeah but apollo don't you remember how angry you got playing with Riley on Uno? Playing with bad players isn't fun, I get it stacking sucks for the lower squads. But you can't force players to play with shitters because that wouldn't be fun for them either.

Yeah but that's just because I don't enjoy playing with Riley, I'm on a bad squad now and aside from bias never shutting up it's not that bad (when not sbing idc/nwa getting stomped by 100+ kills)

I don't mind playing with bad players as long as the talent is spread out, if NWA/IDC swapped 2 good players for two players on PI/MG it would be a lot more competitive imho.
