From my experience the lesser played maps are the best to lead on for a lower tier squad for a number of reason:

1. people dont know the map

2.camping in weird spots tends to work out since noone has seen it before.

3.better players tend to make errors on lesser known maps.

if we are going to take out bombs map then i say we should take out kr playing on that map is boring as fuck. Most of the fights take place in the south with colly having the respawn advantage.

as for the dueling for sides in the reg season that is fine.

But the coin flip for playoffs is dumb as fuck. we should go back to home team picks map or defers. To me that is the best method. it has plus and minus to each choice which is fair.

As for LMG:

Do not give it a law. It is not a marine if you want a law play marine :D. Lmg with the new changes feels really good. Playing lmg without the back peddle just feels so much better. Right now its power is in the gun which is decent now.

But most of you wouldnt know that since you dont play with it on the test zone.

Yeah I've squadded with Fausto and Leak for several times, and a common occurrence is someone saying "we could push, but we don't know how many are there" imo, hididng numbers is huge.
If there is nothing to hide numbers, it is a lot more fighting. Holding any choke point you have an advantage, vision or not.
Yeah a camping team can match, but then you have to take into consideration how quickly and effectively, it will be different in certain situations on certain maps, some rotations will have an advantage for one team, while another spot for another... that can make a difference, what team has full explosives, what team doesn't can also make a big difference.

So going back to what I originally said about the other maps, widen the choke points.

Okay which squad selected KR in the past season or so?
Everyone loves sbing on KR colly to get that free win. Last time a squad opted into KR when it counted was Dark Sol and Rejects in the playoffs during the last salary cap season. Backs selected bombs map multiple times when he was captain of MS13. IDC, real one, picked bombs map a lot. I really can't recall any squad back in the home/away system selecting KRs map. For a map that people seem to enjoy playing on, they sure don't like selecting it when it counts.

Nobody selected KR, it's not balanced. Never said it was. I was the first one who said KR wasn't balanced before you even played in this league. But at least people play on it, I quite enjoy scrimming on it and I know my team does as well

So because people enjoy scrimming on it but don't choose it as opposed to say bombs map when it counts.. we should keep it in the rotation and remove bombs map? yikes.

Yeah pretty much, we play this to have fun. Clearly nobody enjoys playing on bombs map. People obviously enjoy playing on KR, and on a Sunday I would choose KR over bombs.. but that is just me.

We are discussing about maps to be utilized for league use. I don't understand why having fun in an sb has to do with KR being a viable option in the map rotation but bombs map isn't. When people are trying to win when it counts, bombs map is being chosen as the alternative over KR. I'm just stating that if bombs map is being considered out of the map rotation, no point even polling KR. Throw that shit to the garbage bin.

If KR and bombs map were the only two choices statistically speaking bombs map would get chosen over KR for a match that counted

Why are people not selecting KR in league games. I just stated why people pick it for sbs, it's a free win sb or "damn we made it close" by selecting colly. You can argue your squad and others are having fun selecting KR, seems weird no one is actually picking it when it's an official USL game.

I have fun playing on my map and EC too, and I pick them.. wanna know what map I never pick? :)
