And the major changes like flags etc weren't polled last off-season because it's take too long to implement. Now it's this offseason and we still haven't polled it, so we won't ever get a poll on it?

That's the thing, no one ever wants it bad enough to take initiative and make threads mid to late season. If you make a thread and admins say "wait til the offseason" so be it, but at least you've already brought it to the leagues attention. This allows people with ideas more time to hash it out and come up with a more refined approach.

If we polled every single thing that every person asked for then the polls would never end and the seasons would never begin. If it's something in high demand it will get polled.

Flags is a pretty significant poll. just saying, would be cool. Going to a point based victory system might be better than team death match. Squads showing up to run around like retards to prevent stat padding is an example. A Flag system could prevent the stat padding. Obviously people would try to milk but rules could be implemented to prevent it.

It's clear some players want some significant changes.

If you're in that group, I suggest you make a thread for discussing it. Get a concrete idea together with a dozen or however many players agreeing it sounds like a good thing to try.

Once Champ or whoever can read the actual suggestions that have input from multiple players, then he can more readily put up a poll asking if this finalized idea is indeed something a majority of the league wants.

Because people refuse to spread the talent, and its the same boring shit every season. let it die or change something.

You need to create a few individual threads and actually focus on a specific topic imo

You can't expect admins to remember everything from the previous off season. It's not their job to spoon feed anyone. Their job is basically to be the punching bag of the community and take the blame for everything.

If an idea is good, multiple people will bring it up again. Like champ said, we cant poll every idea that comes up because then the season would never start.

I do, however, have a suggestion for the polls and of course it just adds to the duties champ already performs. To avoid random people logging in and voting perhaps champ can make it so that in order to have access to voting, a player must have competed within the season or two. A person who hasn't played in three or four seasons should not be able to vote.

Would literally do non stop polls from mid season all the way through off season, especially if it's an extended off season. Obviously you can't poll every idea, but a logical one that has had multiple people suggest is worth a poll. Or even implement it in one of the league zones, and like Eric kept saying when he was admin... test it and give feedback.
