Ive been trying to be optimistic about this season but when you consider it took almost 2 years for 3 less episodes its pretty fkn disappointing

Episode 3 took 60 days of filming at night in the winter. I kinda wish they had scaled that episode back. The battle strategy decisions made no sense. It was hard to see some of the stuff too since it was so dark.

Wish they had just done a more simplified battle. Especially since "the long night" lasted all of one night. Night King was hardly an epic threat.

The only ending that would make any sense is if Dany ends up on the throne. Spent 8 seasons with people jockeying and backstabbing each other to reach it but she had the most brute Force and cuttthroatness to reach it. That would make sense for her to kill literally everyone left who poses a threat to her because that's how you seize power and hold it.

But they won't do that they will go with the prepackaged ending in which Jon probably ends up on the throne which makes no sense since he's a dolt who has never made the hard choices that it takes to end up on the throne. Also he has absolutely no power base so he stopped the Nightking big fucking deal to everyone else in the land of westeros when the Nightking never even got out of the north. He has no powerbase the north is a wasteland and Kings Landing is in ruin
