Hello everyone,

This season I wanted to try a different approach to the way awards are voted on. Last season I wasn't the biggest fan of doing stat weights of community poll results vs h.staff. Also, with this season's h.staff primarily being 2-3 squads(much like it has been in the past)
I wanted to try an Award Committee approach to resolve the perception of a "rigged" result.

I've been brain storming clear cut qualifications for each award however I need 2 players whom can vote without bias as i'll be overseeing and voting as well that way it is 3 individuals voting and there will be no ties. I have 1 person in mind so far but will take applications via site PM for the third.

Once I have this formed i'll run through my ideas for qualifications with the group and we'll try to find the most appropriate qualifications for each individual season award.

Once again if you are interested in joining the committee, please PM me on site.

If 2 other applicants I view are solid I will remove myself from said committee and just help establish the qualifications / guidelines. I'll also do my best to avoid current staff / h.staff from being a part of said committee.

Edit: Also im not opposed to increasing the group from 3 to 5, it will just depend on who is interested and applies

Also, once the group is set and we get the opportunity to sit down and decide on qualifications / guidelines per award, they will be made public whether it be under the actual award description or on top of the awards page or just a stickied post in general forums, however chris wants to do it. xd
