Cesar has been on apprenticeship for the past 3 season, hasn't done any good. I mean to be fair and I know this means little(from some of you) coming from me whose been with sov and the boys 2/3 past seasons but Prime Time I recruited KobraRaider and heavyRR who both got to play along with bringing in Chrome who was just coming back. Sonichu brought in Satomi(RIP), Cesar / Kevin(no offense) This season is a bit more stacked but still mosh fresh from coming back and cesar again.

The whole Apprenticeship would definitely be a bit annoying to enforce and much like Apollo brought up about spreading talent being on people to voluntarily doing it, same instance for this case.

While I appreciate the sentiment of the idea of apprenticeship, it is also inherently flawed. The unintended consequence would be that the lower tier squads become even worse, because the best couple of players would now be apprenticing on good squads. Maybe there's no good way to make the league more competitive and we should just accept the current imbalance.

It would have been nice to go against a couple of these squads again this season. The double seasons offer more incentive to lower squads to improve, as they can have better games and more wins later on in the regular season. A free-scheduling option would also help achieve this, without the drop-off in activity that a double season brings.

I wouldn't mind the free scheduling thing, or at least implementing a possible scrim stat recording, just so squads can really look at how they progress throughout the weeks and then on sundays. That would fall to champ coding the site if we would like it.

Free scheduling in terms of actual league matches reminds me a lot like subspace(which is still going and has more players than inf lulz) Where theres a bot and you pm said bot with !challenge squadname here, squad accepts, default sb arena happens and stats autorecord to the site with the results.

Again all of that requires quite a bit of coding from mizz/champ, I also wouldn't mind seeing us record playoff stats on player profiles to see how people actually perform during playoffs vs reg season. idk just rambling now.

Would these free scheduled matches be reffed by the squads that are in them? People keep saying refs are active, But Demon reffed 90% of the matches this season. I've also reffed 90% of matches in the past as admin. It's really not enjoyable. Especially when you have squads like USL Hotline where no one knows the rules and they just keep crossing back over their own rape lines. Then there is SCUMBAG Dave who is like "IT'S OKAY DON'T SPEC THEM" Because he wants to try to drop 200 kills and bring down player morale even more.

Morale of the story. We could still use more refs that are dedicated so people aren't forced into reffing each weekend. It would be nice to get people a week off here and there. The other being Dave is still a SCUMBAG

Everyone talking about "trying to get better" is beyond retarded. Everyone here has been playing the game for 10+ years aside from a handful of people. There is no getting better. Everyone who was shitty on SOE is still shitty here. There will only ever be 5-10 top players, 20 fill players and the rest are shitty. Salary is the most balanced, but the numbers need to be adjusted. Draft is stupid.

Last season was so great because Sov split his goons up and Champion stopped playing. Now essentially the top 4 squads are now on 2 squads.

That's not fair, even though I thoroughly enjoyed you as admin when I got too busy. You stepped up at a time when I couldn't be around and that's the only reason you didn't play. I even sat out that season as well. No reason we should punish ourselves because of others.

The league is fine as it is right now. I dont see a problem. Good squads show every day and practice. Bad squads like us USL Hotline get 3 on mumble when there is Match on Sunday Lmao! is all fun

MG scrims every night and have fun doing so, that's the point of this game right? USL Hotline is just a beating bag made by Infinite to try to avoid off weeks. So looking at their record is kind of stupid, as they scrim less than we do.

But you're not constantly improving. Looking at your stats you get shit on every week. If you were even half decent you would at least being 2:1 in KD against lower tiers and somewhere around 1:1 or 1:2 in top tiers.

You say you care about the league being fun yet the squad/players you play with have been playing with have been getting destroyed for 15 years straight...everyday.

If lower tier players cared about getting better they would be practicing positioning in pub, focusing on getting better in sb's, and watching how top tier players play matches (which again has happened for the last 15 years.

Why would any decent players want to play with someone who can't fix their mistakes every sb?
Almost every player on a top tier squad started from shit player squads and got better except for Champion who has been manipulating the league since it started.
